How many claims -- broken boxes, leaking bottles, and other unsalable freight -- were there? If none, enter 0.

What time did the thrower place the last box on the line?
Number of Breaks or Interruptions
How many breaks or interruptions were there? For example, the team may have hit its fifth hour or, perhaps, the team needed to fix a problem, clean a spill, or remove a pallet mid-throw. If none, enter 0.
